BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ Bismarck officials say that about 75 percent of the capital city's residential streets have reopened after Monday's record-setting snowstorm.
Bismarck Roads and Street crews had reopened most streets by 4 p.m. Tuesday. It was expected to finish clearing residential roads overnight.
Once the residential streets are clear, crews are expected to move into the downtown area.
The city's snow emergency routes are available online at bismarck-dot-org.
